I agreed to terms in principle based on certain outcomes regarding the vehicle. Several repairs were to be made, recall taken care of and a suspicious leak near the front of the driveshaft was to be investi regarding the vehicle. Several repairs were to be made, recall taken care of and a suspicious leak near the front of the driveshaft was to be investigated and reported to me. The website terms read that drivetrain lifetime coverage was include. I was told at the dealership that it was not. Website indicated that an additional discount, lower than advertised price was also available that day. No additional discount was offered. Actually an additional fee was added. So the car was significantly higher than advertised. Made me unhappy but since they were to take care of issues it eased the pain a little, but not much. Paper work on Nov 9. I called back later Nov 11. I was told they would get back to me about the repairs and inspection results. It is now Nov 17 and I’ve not heard a peep from the dealership. More
Worst car buying experience ever. Have had this car 4 months and tags have been dead since Sept. Austin hasn’t sent paperwork to titling company and will not provide to me so I can get my own tags.
