The Service Team at Loyalty Nissan is absolutely Awesome! ! Special attention to Tiffany Joyner and the Technician Nick. As a team they completed my service in a timely fashion, keeping me informed. the entire time and afterward made recommendations to keep my 2006 Nissan Armada running in tip top condition. When I asked them to prioritize the recommendations from most important to not as important they took a moment to do that also. But what is also important is the entire Service Team that they have back there are really very helpful and take care of each others customers. When Tiffany was away from the counter they pitched in and helped me to keep my repairs moving forward and briefed her upon her return as towboat they handled for her so that she was fully informed when it was my time to check out. Kudos to the entire team. Great Job. They make you feel good about going to the dealership and paying dealership prices, even the greeters at the door that log your vehicle in greet you with a smile on their faces and a good attitude. I think the Service Manager (who ever he/she may be) put a good team together. More
Roger Hodges was very helpful on servicing my car. The problem I had was that the parts department did not have a transmission filter for my car, I put in for my transmission service online 2 weeks bef The problem I had was that the parts department did not have a transmission filter for my car, I put in for my transmission service online 2 weeks before I had it done. I would have thought that they should have had a filter by this time.I was very satisfied that they were able to get my coolant serviced the same day that I asked to get done. Trevon sams was my salesman and he put autobutler on my contract that I thought was free but was actually $900. I’m not sure if they do that to make commission, but they failed to give me tire coverage whi contract that I thought was free but was actually $900. I’m not sure if they do that to make commission, but they failed to give me tire coverage which would’ve equal the same amount, I’d stay away from these people or really read over your contract. I plan to trade in my case sooner because I really feel like they screwed ME over. I went there trying to fix it but Ahmad or whatever his name is was willing to take off my warranty but not the autobutler. And once you sign your contract they try to use it against you. On top of that when I schedule to get my car serviced they NEVER want to perform this “auto butler” as part of my service. It’s really sad and pathetic how they get over on people More
