Recall I finally made an appointment after getting the recall notice on my vehicle. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I’m a new driver and don’t know much about cars so I had a couple of questions before coming in and the guy who I spoke to was helpful. The waiting room is nice and I got free hot chocolate and snacks so I was happy. It only took 30 mins, which was a pleasant surprise. More
