Privately owned company Beats corporation Hands Down I have never received better service than from Owen Cox and the Lowery Bros team. I found a truck I liked about 8pm Thursday night, a pop up said tex I have never received better service than from Owen Cox and the Lowery Bros team. I found a truck I liked about 8pm Thursday night, a pop up said text dealership, I said to myself ill text and maybe someone will call tomorrow. Nope 15 mins later I get a call from Owen, asking me when I would like to see the truck, I told him I could be at the dealership about 8 am. I showed up at 8:15 am the truck had been washed and ready for me to test drive WOW. After coming back this was the truck for me, I told Owen and the Finance Guy the parameters I need to be able to get the truck and they listened WOW. He gave me a far price for my trade in and a lower % rate than my bank offered 2% lower. He also showed me an extended warranty plan that I accepted but was not pushy. All of this happened in less than 4 hours. Previously I went to a chain dealership where the truck was not as good and the went back on the deal they offered AutoNation in fort Payne. I will be a life long customer of Owen's and Lowery Bros. Thanks for treating me as a VIP !!! More

Lied to on multiple fronts. I purchased a car from LBM in Boaz in 2015. The first lie I was told was related to a warranty. I was talked into purchasing an extended service warra I purchased a car from LBM in Boaz in 2015. The first lie I was told was related to a warranty. I was talked into purchasing an extended service warranty for almost $2000 by being told that I would be refunded 50% of the warranty amount when it was up if no claims had been filed against it. This seemed odd to me, but after questioning the salesman further I was convinced this was so. Well, let's just say that the warranty is up and there is no refund (the dealership apologized, but said there was nothing they could do). The second lie dealt with the Carfax report. I asked to see the report before purchasing the vehicle because I didn't want anything that had been wrecked. I was shown a Carfax report that was "clean". Well, I just found out that the car was wrecked and had "severe damage" as a result of the accident. Obviously, the salesman showed me a Carfax report that was not for the car I was purchasing. That salesman is no longer with the business, but that still doesn't change the fact that I am now stuck with a car I would have never purchased had I known ALL THE FACTS. More
