They finally agreed to repair the problems and we were thankful, however, we just spent $115 for a diagnostic report re. the repairs...the compressor was replaced with a junkyard one (with rust) & they left off the belly pan (leaving the underside unprotected) & the sensor they assured us (before purchase) would be fixed is still not fixed. So, we are disillusioned and disappointed. More

Great Experience!!! These guys worked really hard to get my 16 year daughter in a great reliable car!! They didn’t have one on the Boaz lot that we felt like she would l These guys worked really hard to get my 16 year daughter in a great reliable car!! They didn’t have one on the Boaz lot that we felt like she would like, so they got on the computer and found one at the Huntsville lot. Unfortunately it couldn’t be delivered on the day we bought it because it was so late that night. They worked with us on planning a big surprise for her. Blake (our salesman) drove to the Huntsville lot to pick it up, drove it back and then all the guys at the lot pitched in to wash it again before she got there. They tied balloons to it and pulled it out of sight. When we arrived Blake ask her what she was looking for and she told him a Maxima. He told her he thought he had something better, we walked around to the side of building he handed her the key to her new 2013 Nissan Sentra SR with a big smile and a happy birthday. Needless to say she was beyond excited and surprised. Thank you to everyone at Lowery Bros Boaz for helping to make this happen!!! Definitely a great memory and we know where we will be car shopping from now on! More
