Refreshing experience I started out with just a phone call to check availability of a vehicle. Owen answered the call, and from that point onward was very respectful and di I started out with just a phone call to check availability of a vehicle. Owen answered the call, and from that point onward was very respectful and didn't pressure me into the vehicle. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman. He laid out the steps of buying the vehicle, informed me of different deals they had, and, most important to me, how they could accommodate to make my experience go as smooth as possible. This dealership and Owen went beyond what I expected of a car dealership. They were very upfront about the vehicle, how they performed sales, and about the acquisition of their vehicles to include their inspection criteria. I have had more issues trying to get out of tasting a free sample at Sam's Club. No joke. The facility is inviting, the bathrooms are clean, and the people are some of the nicest you may ever meet. Oh! And they have the best popcorn in the world(thanks Owen).They never said,"let's go do this" or ,"let's check this". They asked! Overall, this was the best buying experience I have had. That includes car buying, home buying, grocery shopping(always a hassle), etc. Thank all of you at Lowery Brothers motors for everything! More
