Lowe Toyota of Warner Robins

Terrible experience today. They told me, my tire had a nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix i nail, and it couldn’t be repaired, spend 300$ on a new tire. I asked for my old tire back, and went to another tire shop, and they were able to fix it, no problem. So I called Gina Vanwormer at Lowe’s Toyota, to see, if I could have my old tire mounted, and get my money back for the new tire. She said, since we already drove off, it’s not considered a new tire anymore, and I can’t have my money back. Needless to say, I will never go back to them, and will file a former complaint with the BBB. It’s a shame, that they take advantage of customers like that! More

I had a car to trade and I live in Cordele and she told me to t I was looking at your website and I got contacted with Jordie Hanson. She was awesome. She worked the whole transaction by email, text and one phone call. Then to my surprise she told me someone could come and pick up my car and bring me the new one.
