Normally, I like coming here and my service is great. I know I normally have to wait and sometimes have the fortune of getting a loaner. Today, I had requested one and none were available. When I told the service guy I didn’t have a lot of time, he threw his hands in the air and threw a fit. “You set this up on line and didn’t give us a chance to help you” well, I did initially set this up on line, I had to cancel and I rescheduled via phone. Again, I also requested a loaner. So, I was considering buying a new VW in the future, but after that, I’m moving on to BMW. I love my Jetta, my daughter gets it next, but I’m no longer buying a Volkswagen More

Getting an appointment for service is easy. The dealership is easy to work with on scheduling appointments for service and any maintenance and always works into my schedule.
