My sales person Glenn was great as was the finance guy who closed me out. But I was SHOCKED that SEVERAL DUMB xxx salesmen were not wearing masks. And several customers were not told to wear mask. Normally, I like coming here and my service is great. I know I normally have to wait and sometimes have the fortune of getting a loaner. Today, I had requested one and none were available. When I told the service guy I didn’t have a lot of time, he threw his hands in the air and threw a fit. “You set this up on line and didn’t give us a chance to help you” well, I did initially set this up on line, I had to cancel and I rescheduled via phone. Again, I also requested a loaner. So, I was considering buying a new VW in the future, but after that, I’m moving on to BMW. I love my Jetta, my daughter gets it next, but I’m no longer buying a Volkswagen More
