We have purchased 4 Volvo's from Lovering in Nashua since 2004 and cannot be more pleased with the level of service from the service department. We have found the staff (Shawn and Craig, in particular) to be 2004 and cannot be more pleased with the level of service from the service department. We have found the staff (Shawn and Craig, in particular) to be highly responsive, pleasant, and very easy to work with. The loaner program makes the disruption of having our car serviced very easy, and the quality of the service from the team has been excellent. I would highly recommend Lovering Volvo. More

Have dealt with this dealer since I got the car 10+ years ago. They've kept us (me and the Volvo) in good shape for over 150,000 miles, and still going. I purchased my 05 Volvo X90 off lease and also got the warranty which was recommended. I was hesitant regarding the warranty, but since it went to 75,000 miles and we only drive about 8,000 miles per year warranty which was recommended. I was hesitant regarding the warranty, but since it went to 75,000 miles and we only drive about 8,000 miles per year, I bought it. After returning home from a trip to Ri. I went to back the car up and everything in the rear wheels was locked up. I had the car towed to Volvo on Friday at about noon. The Lovering dealership called and said it was a rotor failure and recommended changing both and also since I was approaching 50,000 miles I decided to have a complete rear brake job done. On Saturday at about 1 PM I got a call from the dealership to say the car was done. Cost was about what I expected to pay,but the dealer's service man Shawn had contacted the warranty firm and the price was dropped by $70 and the tow which was about 20 miles only cost me $33. I have dealt with Lovering over the span of three cars and 7 years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with. The service guys are friendly and listen to you questions and answer them intelligently. I highly recommend Lovering Volvo. Tami and Shawn are the best!! More

I have been dealing this dealership since 1999. I have never had a bad experience, their service is outstanding. Things are done on time with very good communication between the service department and th never had a bad experience, their service is outstanding. They are awesome. Very friendly easy to get in and out and provide quality work. Times when I bought my car in for a problem it turned out to be minimal and it was done free of charge. I've always been treated fairly and in a very friendly at atmosphere. Craig takes the time to explain anything that might be done to the car when I am in the shop. Regretfully I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere (different brand), but if I was inclined to take on more debt, the vehicle and price offered was fair. The person in finance was terrific and found the lowest rates available and was never felt any pressure to make quick decision. I wish the car buying experience was as positive with the vast majority of other dealers. More

I brought my car in today at 8am to inquire about an ipod adapter. Since the labor charge depends on whether the car is already "prepped" for navigation and/or satellite radio, and since I didn't know for adapter. Since the labor charge depends on whether the car is already "prepped" for navigation and/or satellite radio, and since I didn't know for sure despite not having these features, I specifically asked them to inspect the car and give me an estimate of labor, PRIOR to moving forward with the installation. They called me at 4pm to say that the technician made a mistake and started the install...and therefore they'd need to keep the car for another day to uninstall. They claim it was a miscommunication. AMAZINGLY TYPICAL FOR THIS DEALERSHIP TO WASTE CUSTOMER TIME WITH INCOMPETANCY. More
