Worst Auto Dealer Experience Ever. When I arrived at the dealer - I was told I needed to wait for the manager - who was "in the bathroom" - for 25 minutes! When I asked if someone else could make a decision or help me, I was snapped at and told to be patient. Really? I've owned 4 Volvos over the past 20 years - but Lovering has convinced me to look elsewhere. If you need a car, buy another brand, get a motorcycle, even a bike, or a horse and buggy. But respect yourself and DON'T go to Lovering. More

I recently had my car serviced at Lovering Volvo and couldn't be happier. Chris and Tyler are both so knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle that was driven 45+ miles and my car was picked up and driven back to me in a timely fashion. I recently dealt with the Service department, in particular Tyler Smith who was more than helpful in answering and explaining what was needed for service and got me an appointment in a timely manner. When I arrived for the service appointment I again interacted with Tyler, he was courteous, pleasant and professional. He had me proceed to the waiting area, which is a very nice and comfortable area time flew by before I knew it Tyler personally arrived to let me know my car was ready. The purchasing experience has always been a great one but the years of our continuous vehicle maintenance relationship with Lovering’s Service Department in Nashua, NH is something we hold most enjoyable. There is never a time that I have felt dismissed, short changed or pushed aside when we needed service, maintenance advice or getting into the garage for an urgent matter. John Chaput, the Service Director is a bit of an anomaly in today’s fast pace automotive service industry, where quantity sometimes trumps quality. He drives customer service in his shops every day of the week and does his best to focus totally on the customer experience…. he really does care about the product he is putting out there. As for our Service Advisor, we have been lucky to deal with the best! Long term Lovering associate, Chris Holt is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, respectful and customer focused individual that I have had the pleasure to work with. Chris continuously seeks ways to up his game and is always ready to provide guidance on our vehicle maintenance needs, as well as always finding ways to avoid and/or save money while never sacrificing quality or vehicle safety. We all acknowledge the “less than flattering” stories about car dealerships and dealership repair shops, but the customer experience provided by the Lovering Service Department destroys these stereotypes.
