We had an excellent car buying experience at Lovering Volvo of Nashua. We purchased a new XC60 - we have previously been XC90 and XC70 owner. This was our second Volvo purchase from Lovering, and it could not have been smoother. Dan Carlen, the Sales Manager, and Brianna Tompkins, the Business Manager, were particularly accommodating of a tight family schedule. We have had our Volvos services through Lovering Nashua for years, and we would not consider purchasing a Volvo from any other dealer. My wife and I were in the market for a plug-in hybrid and shopped and test drove the XC60 Recharge and comparable models at 5 other dealers. Not only did we like the XC60, we really appreciated the way Fra shopped and test drove the XC60 Recharge and comparable models at 5 other dealers. Not only did we like the XC60, we really appreciated the way Francesca showed us the features, answered our questions and worked with us to find a vehicle in the production schedule - informative, friendly, professional in a non-pushy kind of way. Post sale, she proactively kept us informed on the status of the vehicle. One thing I appreciated was the way Volvo set realistic expectations for dates and then delivered at the early end of the date range as opposed to later (this has not been my experience at other dealers). Once the vehicle arrived it was quickly prepped and perfect when we picked it up. Completing the sales paperwork was a painless as one could hope for and the young lady who managed that process (so sorry we cant remember her name!) was quick, efficient and friendly. Once that was done, Jacob showed us the most immediately relevant of the many features and (importantly) showed us how to get additional information when we needed it. The dealership itself was easy to get to and a comfortable, low key environment. Overall, this was a great purchase experience. We really liked Francesca's "attentive, let the car sell itself" approach and were favorably impressed by Lovering overall. More

This week I purchased a 2020 XC60 and the team at Lovering was outstanding going out of their way to answer my questions and get me on the road with my new car. Brought my Volvo XC-60 for 10,000 mile factory scheduled maintenance. Was greeted and treated with courtesy and respect by the service advisor, Cheryl B. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, tea and munchies to enjoy. Everything was clean and spotless including my car when the service was completed. I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever service is needed or if I decide to purchase a new vehicle. More
