My fiance and I just purchased a used 2012 Volvo S60 from Lovering Volvo Nashua. The car is in beautiful condition and brings a smile to my face each time I'm out for a drive. He was the reason we decided to travel the distance several times to Nashua to pursue the vehicle. He was a straight shooter and knew great amounts of details about not only the vehicle we were interested in but the other major competitors. He patiently answered all my questions about this, my first Volvo, and even helped me program the car's settings for my drive home. He clearly explained the available services that came with the car so that when I met with Keith in the business office I had a good idea of the services I would already be getting before purchasing any additional warranty/service contracts. Keith clearly explained the additional warranties available to me and allowed me to make my decisions without feeling pressured. Overall, an extremely pleastant experience. My husband and I are looking for our second new vehicle to purchase so I had to go off and do the research with our boys. As soon as we walked into the Volvo dealership we were greeted by Donna with a smi to purchase so I had to go off and do the research with our boys. As soon as we walked into the Volvo dealership we were greeted by Donna with a smile and her name. She was very informative and made the, typically dreadful, process of having to shop for a new car a very pleasant one. (No pushy sales or rushing you to pick something out and go on to the next customer.) It was actually lots of fun. Even after Donna drove the vehicle into some rails to show us the brake assist. After a short burst of, "oh s***!", came the burst of laughter. The car was amazing, but some credit has to be given to Donna. She made the test drive loads of fun. It was as if an old friend was showing you around. After the time spent with Donna, and the beautiful cars and soft and comfortable interiors in the Volvos, we have Volvo on our top list for our next new vehicle.
