My fiance and I just purchased a used 2012 Volvo S60 from Lovering Volvo Nashua. The car is in beautiful condition and brings a smile to my face each time I'm out for a drive. We worked closely with Jeremy Hicks during our car purchasing process. My fiance and I shopped around and went to many dealerships. We found Jeremy to be the best out of everyone we encountered. He was the reason we decided to travel the distance several times to Nashua to pursue the vehicle. He was a straight shooter and knew great amounts of details about not only the vehicle we were interested in but the other major competitors. He allowed my guard to come down and to actually enjoy the experience. Sometimes purchasing a car can be overwhelming, and Jeremy Hicks at Lovering Volvo made it a pleasant experience. I purchased a preowned Audi at the dealership. Andy was great to work with, no pressure. The deal was fair and the business office explained everything through the process. I took over a week to decide and was never made to feel that a decision was needed NOW! I visited the dealership three times and was welcomed as a friend each time. I have purchased a lot of cars at this point in my life and this is at the top of those experiences. Top class dealership ... Top class staff! More

All the staff I worked with at Lovering Nashua were extremely pleasant & helpful -- from my first internet contact with Heather, to my visit and test drive with Andy Bean. Andy was friendly and very extremely pleasant & helpful -- from my first internet contact with Heather, to my visit and test drive with Andy Bean. Andy was friendly and very helpful in explaining the options in the car I wanted to test drive and in walking me through the purchasing and registration process. He patiently answered all my questions about this, my first Volvo, and even helped me program the car's settings for my drive home. He clearly explained the available services that came with the car so that when I met with Keith in the business office I had a good idea of the services I would already be getting before purchasing any additional warranty/service contracts. Keith clearly explained the additional warranties available to me and allowed me to make my decisions without feeling pressured. Overall, an extremely pleastant experience. I would definitely recommend Lovering-Nashua, and Andy Bean in particular to my friends and family for their next car. More

My husband and I are looking for our second new vehicle to purchase so I had to go off and do the research with our boys. As soon as we walked into the Volvo dealership we were greeted by Donna with a smi to purchase so I had to go off and do the research with our boys. As soon as we walked into the Volvo dealership we were greeted by Donna with a smile and her name. She was very informative and made the, typically dreadful, process of having to shop for a new car a very pleasant one. (No pushy sales or rushing you to pick something out and go on to the next customer.) It was actually lots of fun. Even after Donna drove the vehicle into some rails to show us the brake assist. After a short burst of, "oh s***!", came the burst of laughter. The car was amazing, but some credit has to be given to Donna. She made the test drive loads of fun. It was as if an old friend was showing you around. After the time spent with Donna, and the beautiful cars and soft and comfortable interiors in the Volvos, we have Volvo on our top list for our next new vehicle. My experience is limited to parts, but what I saw/felt recommends this dealership. I came in for a Volvo plastic fuel door hinge. From the moment I entered the parking lot, everyone -from the mainte recommends this dealership. I came in for a Volvo plastic fuel door hinge. From the moment I entered the parking lot, everyone -from the maintenance/cleaning apprentice to the service managers- smiled and said hello. I usually go to another Volvo dealer. This one was much cleaner, lighter, well-appointed and friendly. No wait at the parts counter, some *very* helpful advice on another problem I was having, and out I went for the holiday weekend. What I didn't realize, until I broke the part I bought installing it, was that the price on this part was 50% lower at Lovering than it was at Miller Volvo in Hanover. I was shocked when Miller charged me $16.49 for the same part I purchased for $10.75 at Lovering. Miller gouged me! A very limited experience at Lovering, but based on this, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and would try to go the extra distance to have my car serviced there. More

Had been to other dealerships to look for a late model Volvo. When I stopped at Lovering of Nashua because I was in the area Donna was very patient with me as I bounced around looking at a lot of differen Volvo. When I stopped at Lovering of Nashua because I was in the area Donna was very patient with me as I bounced around looking at a lot of different models and options. She was very honest when she wasn't sure of the answer she told me versus lying like had just happened the day before at another dealership. I really appreciate the fact that even though it was her day off Donna still came in to meet me when I picked the car up. She even went as far as driving over an hour to deliver the owners manual personally when they had mistakenly delivered to Nashua from the Concord location instead of delivering to my house. Great overall experience dealing with Donna, and when I purchase my next car I will certainly drive the one and a half hours to deal with her again. More

We searched online to compare dealerships and pricing on the new volvo S60 we wanted. Lovering had the best price by far, the exact color and options we were looking for. Although the dealership was a bit o the new volvo S60 we wanted. Lovering had the best price by far, the exact color and options we were looking for. Although the dealership was a bit of a ride for us, we decided to check it out. Much to our pleasure, the dealership was well stocked, very clean and welcoming, and we were approached by a very professional saleswoman. She was informative and friendly without being pushy. We closed the deal and our car was ready for delivery on the day we wanted it. A good experience all around. We will probably go back for service even though we have options closer to home. More

Jay was as friendly as can be. He was knowledgeable and easy to negotiate with and made the whole experience a pleasure. Closing the loan took a little longer than I would have liked, but the financial of easy to negotiate with and made the whole experience a pleasure.
