We arrived shortly after and was greeted by Dan the general sales manager who was waiting for our arrival, after some small talk he handed us over the Daniel. I can't say enough good things about Daniel, he's professional, easy going, and very knowledgeable and made the process of buying a new car very easy. So we decided to trade in our 2010 XC70 for a new XC70. Subsequently Anita rounded out the morning with all the paper work and we had our new car. The overall experience was wonderful. More

This is the fourth Volvo we have purchased, but it was our first purchase from Lovering. My husband encouraged me to purchased a new XC70 for myself for my birthday. My husband wanted to have my former XC70, so we could surprise our son by giving him my husband's S80 as his first car. Jeremy went to great lengths to help us with the surprise for our son. When we arrived at Lovering Volvo yesterday, Jeremy had personally taken care of detailing my husband's S80 (which we had dropped off the day before) and had it sitting in front of the dealership with a big, red bow on top of it, next to my new XC70 that was ready for pick up. Our son was ecstatic! We could never have pulled off the surprise as well without Jeremy’s invaluable assistance. Jeremy handed the keys to the S80 to my son and gave me the keys to my new XC70 with a bouquet of flowers! He went the extra mile to make the day so special for our entire family! This forgiveness includes not testing the vehicle prior to delivery (none of the steering wheel features were functional), promising to pick up my car (to fix the non-functioning features) on a Monday and then telling me it would have to wait another week, and then not informing me when it was ready. However, returning the repaired car to me in the state it was in is unforgivable. The vehicle was absolutely filthy. None of this, however, was Dan's fault. He was wonderful to deal with. The communication and thoroughness of the dealership is simply lacking. More
