Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with. Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go. This dealership should be everyone's first stop if they are in the market for a Volvo. More
