Great Experience I have never bought any car from the dealership 1,400 miles away from home. This time I did. When I found this Volvo S60 Polestar, I knew I need to get this. But it was 1,400 miles away. After several communications, Dan offered an invitation for me. Amazing. There was a xxxx up on the first delivery attempt but not a big issue. A few days later Polestar got ready for delivery. I flew over to somewhat chilly NH from sunshine FL. I got driver(s) picked me up at the Boston Airport. Very nice couple and enjoyed the trip to Nashua. Met Dan and Eric, nice and friendly people. Did test drive and paperwork. Drove off to 1,400 miles test drive back home. After coming back home I felt it was my right decision to buy this Polestar. It was a truly great buying experience. I entertained the whole process. Stephen walked me through the entire process from test drive to final purchase. His intimate knowledge of Volvo prouduct and inventory allowed me to quickly narrow down the large selection at my disposal. When it came to negotiating with Stephen and Dan, we were able to walk away with a deal that made us all happy. Lovering has very fair list prices, so don’t be too worried if you aren’t the strongest negotiator (but they will work with you if you work with them, so don’t be afraid to do a bit of back and forth) To top it all off, you can shop, discuss, or relax in the beautiful and recently expanded showroom, complete with coffee and snacks! Very cool Swedish look that is more akin to a high end European coffeehouse than your traditional American car dealer. You’ll love Lovering! More

When I arrived the car was ready to go and as-advertised, which is critical with a used vehicle. They had described the car perfectly and it lived up to the expectation I had. Negotiating was as simple as you'll ever see.
