My hats off to the Lovering family for truly being a place that clearly hires the right people, who do the right thing by the customer. I couldn't be more thrilled over picking up our new 2019 Volvo XC90 Inscription with the color combination and equipment I was looking for. It all started with Richard Johnson, our Sales Advisor who you immediately will fall in love with. We are previous Lovering Volvo customers, and a few months back we were thinking of turning in our lease early, and Richard gave us all the options, and provided guidance on what might be best for us to maximize our value. Turns out a few months later when I called the showroom, Richard remembered me, and even remembered the names of our kids my husband. Not only is that a great memory, but it's someone who actually listens to the customer. Plus, Richard is someone you can have a conversation with and not feel like you are being sold to... we talked about everything from cars to music to family and more. Bottom line is that you need to buy your new Volvo at Lovering and ask for Richard... you won't be dissapointed. Additionally, I can't say enough great things about the Dan Carlen the Sales Manager. Dan also remembered me from my previous visit, and was so laid back and helpful to make all the numbers work. Since I was trading in my full-size 2014 Range Rover Supercharged, I was worried about not getting a fair price for the car, as I baby my cars and knew it was in meticulous condition, so I didn't want to give it away. Dan came back with a very fair number, and there was no need for me to haggle. It was a pain free as a car buying experience can be. Dan is a class act for sure! And finally, Cory Brickley the General Sales Manager was phenomenal when I came in to pick up the car and explained all the documentation, the additional products that were available to me, and he even did all the paperwork for the sale! Talk about being cross trained and knowing how to multi-task, it was clear Cory loves his job. Once again, if you are considering a new or used Volvo, I would not go anywhere else other than Lovering Volvo in Nashua. They truly care about the customer buying experience. More

Outstanding service and attention to detail Francesca Hamilton helped me to identify the perfect XC40 for my needs, introduced me to key features of the car to enable a productive test-drive, an Francesca Hamilton helped me to identify the perfect XC40 for my needs, introduced me to key features of the car to enable a productive test-drive, and was a pleasure to work with through the usually torturous process of agreeing on a price and completing the necessary paperwork or purchase. She was extremely responsive to messages (and was available by text, too). On the day of delivery, Francesca walked me through the features of car from top to bottom in just the right amount of detail. Overall the entire process was enjoyable, and who ever says that about buying a car?! I highly recommend Lovering Volvo and Francesca in particular. More

The usual response , “I am just looking.”........as most potential customers would say, was my cliche ......and with that comment, I took the lead, not Eric. That to me, is in itself a gift and a relief when looking to buy a car. There was no typical sales talk which normally would urge me to discreetly walk in the other direction. He answered my questions with no subliminal persuasions. Predictably, customer satisfaction is easily attainable when the customer can rest at ease that his personal security is not being invaded by sly sale pitch techniques. After I asked him a question about a car, his first question to me was “Do you have time right now?” This suggested my time was top priority, .... not his sale. A good sales person is like a good teacher. Having knowledge in not enough, it’s how you interact. It’s an inherent quality, not learned. Eric has it! A no pressure sale promotes trust. He continued to help me through text messaging, which were answered in a timely manner. Our often humorous interactions made it feel like I was buying a car from a friend. Eric is not your stereotypical sales person who rushes to greet you at the door with dollar signs in his eyes. 🤑 He is genuine ! And genuinely speaking, Eric Rocks! More

Great Experience I have never bought any car from the dealership 1,400 miles away from home. This time I did. When I found this Volvo S60 Polestar, I knew I need to ge I have never bought any car from the dealership 1,400 miles away from home. This time I did. When I found this Volvo S60 Polestar, I knew I need to get this. But it was 1,400 miles away. After several communications, Dan offered an invitation for me. Amazing. There was a xxxx up on the first delivery attempt but not a big issue. A few days later Polestar got ready for delivery. I flew over to somewhat chilly NH from sunshine FL. I got driver(s) picked me up at the Boston Airport. Very nice couple and enjoyed the trip to Nashua. Met Dan and Eric, nice and friendly people. Did test drive and paperwork. Drove off to 1,400 miles test drive back home. After coming back home I felt it was my right decision to buy this Polestar. It was a truly great buying experience. I entertained the whole process. Thank you Dan and Eric and Lovering Volvo Nashua for all the support to make this happen. More
