We decided to buy a car during a pandemic. Not sure it was the best idea but we ended up having the best possible experience. After searching all over the country, we found the perfect CPO 2020 Volvo XC90 was the best idea but we ended up having the best possible experience. After searching all over the country, we found the perfect CPO 2020 Volvo XC90. It was exactly what we wanted (we love our 2009 XC90) but it was NH and we are in CA. My husband was less interested in buying a car during a pandemic, or a car at all so it was up to me to make it happen. Enter our sales consultant, Rich Melletus, from Lovering Volvo. Some people would never dare to buy a car sight unseen, but with Rich’s amazing customer service and modern technology, it felt like we were on the lot. I’m a very no nonsense woman. When I’m on a mission there is no stopping me—just ask my husband who didn’t really want a new car. Rich was by my side every step of the way. He was extremely responsive and detail oriented. He was always available to answer questions and confirm that he had received this or that and he was able to answer all of my questions. Rich was very honest. He inspected the car, sent me a personal YouTube video and pointed out a few minor scratches of which he arranged to have repainted before the sale was final. We don’t buy cars that often so I cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a positive experience. Dreading the process, we walked into Lovering Volvo, and were instantly greeted by our Salesman Richard Johnson. What followed was possibly one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. From the time we walked into Lovering, till the time we left, never once did we feel any pressure to buy a vehicle, or felt like we were constantly being "sold to". I'll use the name Richard a lot, but Im sure this dealership has other gems, judging from the reviews I read before I came here (Yes, I've also seen them walking around the floor while we waited to be served). Richard was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helped us very quickly, to narrow down our choices to something that would fit our needs. He was honest and forthright in his evaluation of the various options, and helped us make our choices based on budget and needs. We're very happy with the absolute, bottom-dollar deal that Lovering gave us, and the quality of the service we endured while we were there. Richard, was largely responsible for our stellar experience, while at Lovering, and one incident deserves particular mention: Our son was gifted a free Volvo XC90 at the end of our deal, which he was positively thrilled to receive. Upon reaching home, we found that the car was broken, and it wouldn't turn (probably a manufacturing defect). Took it back to Richard when we went there next, he apologized, and made arrangements to replace it, and I was to pick it up the next time I was in the neighborhood. A week later, after we had bought the car, he delivered it to our doorstep, along with keys and remaining paperwork for the vehicle. He didn't have to to do this, but he did, and it spoke volumes about commitment. If there was anything lacking it was probably the financing process for the vehicle. I have really good credit, but I didn't get a good financing deal from Lovering (especially because I was told that I could get a great deal from Volvo financing). It all worked out in the end, however, since my credit union managed to get me a a really great deal instead. A minor discomfort because of this, and probably others have had better experiences in this department, but I would still recommend this dealership and the salespeople that work here, as they're like nothing I've ever seen! More

She not only dropped the car off and wiped everything dow I bought a new car during COVID and couldnt be happier with my sales person Autumn Williams. She not only dropped the car off and wiped everything down, but kept in contact with me after the fact to ensure I knew how to use the radio and any other features throughout the vehicle. This is nice given that I didnt have a strong tutorial with COVID not giving us the opportunity to sit side by side and walk through the various features. She also checked back to ensure all of my paperwork was received etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in NH. More
