Greeted by the manager when we first arrived for our appointment with the salesperson , Lisa Gendron. From there on it was smooth sailing and we were able to communicate with Lisa with ease. We discussed different options for buying the new car. The exact car we were looking for was actually on the lot. We were able to test drive and a few days later we bought the car. Very happy with the purchase. We also met the second manager, Carrie ( I hope I spelled it right) who was very helpful with the closing process. It was Lisa Gendron that was primarily responsible for this sale and we were very happy with her professionalism I was having some trouble programming my phone to the new car and she even took care of that. Finally at the time of the delivery she spent quite a bit of time to explain everything about the car and off we went with it. Nice car XC 90. More
