I am genuinely impressed by the team at Lovering Volvo Concord. We've all heard the phrase "delight the customer" but most of us don't associate that with the car buying process. I am pleased to report that I was wrong in this case. Buying a car from Lovering Volvo Concord was a great experience. Their pricing on the website was transparent and no haggle. Andrea was my digital sales consultant and she listened to what I was seeking, respected my budget, and she found me the perfect option. We also agreed upon a price before I scheduled a test drive. When I got to the dealership to drive the car, Lucas had it running and ready to go for me. There was no smarmy salesman approach. He knew what the agreed-upon price was and there was no question that it would be honored. He also answered all my questions about the vehicle, the technology, and the dealership service processes. Lucas also helped us download/set-up the Volvo On-Call app to my phone. Cory, my financial consultant, had the paperwork ready to go and was also very knowledgeable. We were in and out of the dealership with no hassles very quickly. After the sale, their team checked in with me to make sure I was happy, and when one service item was identified, Rene responded quickly to make it right. I'm happy with my purchase and even more satisfied knowing that I bought it from a competent, friendly and honest team. More

Going to Lovering Concord Volvo was completely happenstance. They had a color combination I was interested in seeing and the only dealership near me that had it. I called earlier in the day to see, if infact, it was still on the lot and that's when I met Luke. Luke met us when we got there that evening. Luke was polite, interested and willing to answer any questions we may have had. I explained to him that I knew what I was looking for in the Volvo. I told him we were looking at Volvos but had not seen this color combination. Truly that was the driving factor, the reason for going, because it is a distance for us to go to Concord. I had no intention on purchasing the vehicle but after taking the car for a test drive I knew I liked it and was interested. My husband and I went back the following day and that's when we met Jake Arnold. Jake stepped in for Luke without hesitation. Jake is an AWESOME young man and was definitely instrumental in this whole process. Jake is an extremely polite, kind, understanding and informative person and a pleasure to do business with. We also met Rick, at the time we had no idea Rick was one of the owners. I had mentioned to Jake how impressed I was as to the requirements and steps be taken by Lovering Concord in dealing with this insidious pandemic. The dealership requirements to wear a mask on entering the business and employees wearing masks automatically. I was also very impressed at the steps Rick took once he was done looking at our vehicle in wiping down what he had touched ... impressive and appreciated during this pandemic. We were able to do this WHOLE transaction, from the very first time stepping onto the lot to the completion, all while outside with everyone wearing masks and distancing. Lovering Concord Volvo made this such a relaxed and smooth experience and transaction in such a difficult and dangerous time this pandemic has put us all in. Jake was fantastic in explaining what we needed to do in getting the process started and followed up to make sure we understood everything. I went into this dealership not expecting to buy a car but sure enough I left with one! The staff was absolutely amazing and so kind.
