I recently purchased an XC40 from Lovering Auto. I was in the process of trying to decide what I wanted for a car and had visited a couple of other dealerships already. I tried out a car at Lovering and really like the way it handled, the comfort of the ride and many other features such as safety, phone, navigation, etc. The black & grey color combination of the car appealed to me. I returned to Lovering for a second time and tried the car out again. I made a decision "on the spot" to purchase the car. Christian Sayegh was the specialist who assisted me in my purchase. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything about the car in detail and has been very responsive to questions I have had since the purchase. My experience with other staff was extremely positive. I would recommend Lovering Auto and Christine Sayegh to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

We were looking for a Volvo XC90 and found a 2018 on Lovering of concord’s website. Richard called me and we made arrangements for Richard to bring the car out to our house. I was a little worried having a someone come to the house - however, I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. Richard is fantastic- we decided this car wasn’t the car for us. Richard was extremely patient and professional and looked into various other options for us. We came into the dealership for our next test drive. The atmosphere in the showroom is like nothing we have ever experienced when buying a car. It was very family orientated (we had our 8 year old twins with our dog with us) and relaxed - It was a total pleasure. We felt like we were visiting with friends, not buying a car. I would highly recommended Richard to anyone looking to buy a volvo. More

There are so many things to love about the vehicle but we especially like the safety features, the design inside and out, and hybrid technology to name a few. In addition, Lovering offers a loaner car and valet service which we will take advantage of when we need to have our car serviced. We were very happy Richard was able to set us up with the vehicle that had the trim level and interior and exterior colors we preferred, all at the price point we were looking for. My experience with Lovering Volvo of Concord was fantastic, from start to finish. My Sales Consultant Lucas Fox was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, informative, never tried to pressure me into fantastic, from start to finish. My Sales Consultant Lucas Fox was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, informative, never tried to pressure me into anything and worked with Finance to get me the best deal possible. All of our communication was enjoyable; he was extremely responsive via text and email. When the day came to pick up my new baby (an XC60, love her!) Lucas had everything ready for me. The vehicle was set up completely! He went through every feature with me to make sure I understood how everything worked (I was coming from a Subaru-great car, but very different!). He helped me get the smartphone app up and running as well. He remembered my EZpass (I totally forgot to grab it) and even installed it in my new vehicle for me! Just really solid customer service. Finance was great too, no pressure to buy additional features-just mentioned them and let me move on. I was out of there in under 2 hours! During my short wait to sign papers I sat in the customer lounge, which is nicer than my own living room 😂. They had snacks and water/coffee/juice available. This dealership is awesome; I’m so glad I made the switch to Volvo. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, Volvo or otherwise!
