I recently was involved in an auto accident that resulted in the total loss of my car and a broken hand. I did some on line research and had no real idea what I wanted and,it had been six years since last caring what was on the market. I drove through the used car lot just to look to see what was there. Saw a few cars that peaked my interest. As I started towards the lot, I was met by Harold Klein. He sensed my hesitation and instantly made me feel comfortable talking about the accident and the fact I had no idea what I wanted. I just knew what money I had available to spend. From this initial talk, Harold came up with four vehicles for me to go look at. His perception brought out that I did know what I wanted and he pointed that out and I drove home an ideal car that matches all my needs for a car. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Harold. I am whole again as soon as the hand heals. More
Upon our arrival on Sat 03Nov at 11:50, my wife and I were met by a salesperson (didn't get his name)in the lot. When I told him which cars I was interested in on their website and that we would be payin were met by a salesperson (didn't get his name)in the lot. When I told him which cars I was interested in on their website and that we would be paying cash, he took us inside to his desk (where we noticed copies of CDL's and other documents were openly laying on his desk) to look up the cars, but before he could finish the search, another salesperson came over and said something to him. He told us his appointment had come in and that he would have Javier help us. But instead, we were "helped" by Corrine. When I told her which cars I was interested in on their website, she told us the cars were at the Longmont location, but she could have them "here" in about 20 minutes. We told her that would be fine, told her we would return in 30 and left the lot at 12:15. When we returned to the dealership at 12:50, we asked for Javier. When he came up to us, we were told the cars were enroute and it would be at least another 30 minutes or so before they got there and asked if I would give him my cell number so he could call me when they arrived. I gave him my cell, and we left. Since I was interested in other cars at other locations, we decided to go to our next stop while we waited, so we drove to Greeley. We ended up buying a car at that location. No hassles, no problems. While we were sitting with the Finance Director signing the documents, my phone rang, but I did not answer at that time. It wasn't until after I was given the keys to the car and got into the car, that I retrieved the voice mail from Javier. He apologized for not getting back to me when the car arrived, stating they were short handed and had gotten busy. The time he called back per the date time stamp on my phone - 3:30. More
I was ready to downsize my 2007 Ford Edge . Since this was the third vechicle that I bought frpm Loveland Ford over the years I knew I would not be taken advantage of . Prior to going into the dealership I scanned their inventory online and fell in love with a Lime Green 2011 Ford Fiesta , which was also a Certified Pre-Owned car! Since I was at work I contacted the dealership on their website. I was impressed that within an hour I was contacted by Karena. Any question I had , Karena was able to find out the information requested. By the time I was able to go to the dealership,we were able to get the paperwork started ahead of time. Making the paperwork much easier to work through.Karena went above and beyond , and provided me with excelent and personal customer service! Karena had the car ready for me to test drive and then helped getting the paperwork finished up. Harold then stepped in to negotiate the finance and trade in. He did an amazing job to work out the best deal possible for both. He set aside time to go over all the buttons and gadgets in my new car.He helped make the whole experiance fun. Debbie then worked her magic with getting the best deal for financing . She spent several days working with different finance companies and was able to get an amazing deal for me!
