Well let me start out by saying when I walked into Loveland Ford I was welcomed right away by Jason Dolliv who was my salesman. He was very kind and understanding and worked out what i thought was a great deal on a 2006 ford f150. He is the best salesman i have ever worked with and i would gladly go to him again! Now onto the bad I bought the truck on Oct 26 in cash and was told that the title would be mailed to me and got my temp tags. well my temp tags were up in five days ( it is now Dec 19) and still no title to be seen so i called Michelle Billington who is in charge of titles. she told me that they did not have the title and asked if she could make a call and call me back. A couple minutes later I recieved a call from Michelle and she told me she couldn’t get a hold of (him) my assumption (him) is previous owner. i was then sent back to the dmv to get another 30 day temp tag where the dealer had to be called again and Michelle told the people at the DMV that the Dealer Lost the title to my truck and they had just applied to get a new one. My question is in the 8 weeks I was waiting for my title why did they not realize they (Lost) the title and or how can a Dealer sell a vehicle when they dont have the title to begin with? on the bright side they reimbursed me for the $6.22 for the new temp tags for an aditional 30 days. I am very dissapointed because I thought I finally found a dealership that was Honest and wasn’t into screwing over the little man. well I guess they are just like all the rest. Hopefully they will work everything out before i have to purchase another temp tag i will update once everything is worked out. UPDATE: Loveland Ford took care of the Problem with the title and got it to me 3 wks later still a little disappointed it took as long as it did, but they did take care of everything! More

Melissa established a very courteous and friendly relationship with us immediately when she greeted us even before we entered the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were in relationship with us immediately when she greeted us even before we entered the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was very non-aggressive as she led us step-by-step through the purchasing process. She pointed out all of the features of the automobile before and during our demonstration drive. She answered all of our questions, and was helpful in negotiating the final cost of the vehicle. She has always greeted us with a smile and has gone the "extra mile" to be sure we are completely satisfied with our purchse. It was a pleasant experience and left us with a good feeling of the Loveland Ford dealership. We have already told others that when they are in the market for a vehicle to be sure to contact Melissa. I purchased a vehicle from what I called one of our friend. They had a jeep that I like we went in a drove the jeep decide to talk price. We offered the 12,000.00 for the jeep. They came back and told us 12800.00 out the door taxes and dealer handling. The first week that I got the jeep I had to go on 1-25 found that you could blow dry your hair for the air that came through the door. I took it over to the dealer they tried to fix it. One of their mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the door. I had to take a different mechanic with me to shoe him. When I test drove the jeep they just had us stay in town. Before the second week I had my jeep stop working on the road because of transmission problem they had the jeep for over a week. They did pay the bill they did not like paying the bill. They complained to me about that they told me they would pay me back for the rent a car that I got the first three days did not see any money. I went to go and get my plates for my jeep they told me that I owed all this money because the dealer did not take any out. I called the dealer they gave me the run around. They confused that the jeep was wreaked and that they told me which they never did. They told me that they did not have to fix my jeep when the transmission messed up. They told me that they never asked me anything about the taxes which was bull. They want you to buy from them after you buy you started getting screwed over. When I bought the jeep they told me that they went through the jeep and everything was in great shape. More

Long story short, we had a vehicle we wanted to trade in for a smaller pickup, we still owed on our truck but they said that wouldn't be a problem. I think our Salesman's name was Mike, older gentlemen very pleasant to talk to and definitely wanted to "earn" our business. We had a fun game of back and forth offers for the trade-in, and eventually we won that game and got a great deal. That same day we left with a new(to us) vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Jason returned text messages and phone calls promptly and also followed up with any and all issues/questions. Natalie provided us with wonderful service and was also a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made sure that our requests were met. Her flexibility and communication made it a very stress free buying experience. The dealership was very clean and every person we talked with was polite and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Jason! More

When my trade-in's engine blew up during the week of negotiations, they found a way to get me a great deal for it hard to find the Focus ST I wanted. A rival dealership offered a better deal and Loveland stepped up and beat their offer. They've earned my business for sure. More
