I purchased a vehicle from what I called one of our friend. They had a jeep that I like we went in a drove the jeep decide to talk price. We offered the 12,000.00 for the jeep. They came back and told us 12800.00 out the door taxes and dealer handling. The first week that I got the jeep I had to go on 1-25 found that you could blow dry your hair for the air that came through the door. I took it over to the dealer they tried to fix it. One of their mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the door. I had to take a different mechanic with me to shoe him. When I test drove the jeep they just had us stay in town. Before the second week I had my jeep stop working on the road because of transmission problem they had the jeep for over a week. They did pay the bill they did not like paying the bill. They complained to me about that they told me they would pay me back for the rent a car that I got the first three days did not see any money. I went to go and get my plates for my jeep they told me that I owed all this money because the dealer did not take any out. I called the dealer they gave me the run around. They confused that the jeep was wreaked and that they told me which they never did. They told me that they did not have to fix my jeep when the transmission messed up. They told me that they never asked me anything about the taxes which was bull. They want you to buy from them after you buy you started getting screwed over. When I bought the jeep they told me that they went through the jeep and everything was in great shape. More

Long story short, we had a vehicle we wanted to trade in for a smaller pickup, we still owed on our truck but they said that wouldn't be a problem. I think our Salesman's name was Mike, older gentlemen very pleasant to talk to and definitely wanted to "earn" our business. We had a fun game of back and forth offers for the trade-in, and eventually we won that game and got a great deal. That same day we left with a new(to us) vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Jason returned text messages and phone calls promptly and also followed up with any and all issues/questions. Natalie provided us with wonderful service and was also a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made sure that our requests were met. Her flexibility and communication made it a very stress free buying experience. The dealership was very clean and every person we talked with was polite and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Jason! More

He was personable, they worked with me on price, and found me a competitive loan offer with a third party back that beat the rate my own bank offered me. More
Great experience. Contacted Karena via email. They worked hard to find the Focus ST I wanted. When my trade-in's engine blew up during the week of negotiations, they found a way to get me a great deal for it hard to find the Focus ST I wanted. A rival dealership offered a better deal and Loveland stepped up and beat their offer. They've earned my business for sure. More
Told $2,200 out the door on a used vehicle with my trade. I get there and they say it was a mistake and its $5,900. Also tell me that every purchase that day will get free service for 2 years. When asked about it after the purchase they tell me they are just going to give me one free oil change to cut costs. I feel extremely cheated along the whole way. Liars. More
Amazing experience. We walked into place with a bad image in our head due to previous managment but we only buy fords and to our pleasant surprise it is everything but what it used to be. We were greeted by Melissa who we instantly liked and then the hilarious Javier. These two were awesome! They were patient, warm, funny, and found us exactly what we were looking for. It only took us 7 hours to find our dream truck (our last truck took us a month to decide) Javier and Melissa were right along our side and even fed us dinner! (Yes, really) I'm expecting and mentioned I was getting hungry and needed to go to my truck to get my snacks... Next thing I know, there is pizza on the table! Now that's customer service. ;) The general manger (can't recall his name) was always checking on us and right there for any questions at all. THIS PLACE DESERVES TWO THUMBS UP. We are ecstatic about our new truck and now will always go back for our families needs when it comes to vehicles! Abie and Denny. More
When I first went onto the lot was just wanting information. Told Travis what I was looking for, a low milage ford ranger. Told him everthing I wanted including color. Took about 7 weeks but he came up with the right vehicle for me. Haggling was easy, I got close to what I needed. The finance dept was easy to work with they made that end of it happen. Service dept got what I wanted, a spray in bed liner. They took me home, and picked me up when the truck was ready. Looks to me like a good group of people to work with. I'll go back when I'm ready for another one. Ron More
