The entire experience was great except for the fact that we never really had an opportunity to discuss or haggle over the price of our new vehicle. We accepted the price that was originally offered which is way out of character for us. This was not the fault of either Bob or Naomi, it lays solely upon us. Next time, which will be in the next few months, we will be more aggressive on the price. The Loveland Ford team did an outstanding job of selling, arranging our loan, and explaining the operation of our vehicle. Great experience! More

THE GOOD AND THE BAD I've bought many vehicles over the years from dealerships, today was a first in a quite a few ways.. Started out talking to Patrick over the phone abo I've bought many vehicles over the years from dealerships, today was a first in a quite a few ways.. Started out talking to Patrick over the phone about a beautiful F250 on their internet inventory. Happens this truck was at the Longmont location, so after discussing my trade in and budget, Pat and I agreed its worth talkin about a deal.. Pat did his job, the truck was at the Loveland dealership at noon, just as he said it woud be.. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jason, who was one of a few salesmen that watched my pretty 7.3 with lots of extras pull on the lot. I told him I was here to see Pat about the F250 he had brought up, well Pat was with another customer so he turned over our discussion of the F250 to Jason. I test drive the truck with Jason, nice truck, I'm willin to talk about the monthly payment Pat had rough estimated over the phone, ( and yes I was willing to pay a bit more than we talked about). Now here's the wierd stuff.... Jason comes back with a monthly payment of near double what Pat and I talked about, ( $400's a month, went to $700's a month, for a '08 with 101,000mi) So I stand up to shake Jasons hand, say thank you for your time and the test drive, thats not in my budget.. Jason wont shake my hand, and says we can work something out.. Comes back with another ridiculous payment option, and once again I tried to shake his hand and thank him for his time, and get my keys back to my 7.3, again a no go.. 10min later Josh, the lead finance I guess, offers me some payment options way out of my range, thankfully he gave me my keys.. At the end of the day, I had thanked both Jason and Josh, and recieved no thanks in return, no offer looking for a truck better fitted to my budget... The worst two salesmen I've ever seen when it come to customer service.. However, I would still recommend this dealership based on the two vehicles I have bought there.. I understand when deals cant be met, no problem there, Jason and Josh were totally unprofessional, and seemed upset that I wouldn't pay almost double what Pat and I talked about.... If a deal dont work, shake hands, say thank you, and maybe next time it will... Thanks for your time More

Tony was great. I'm a student on a budget, and he worked tooth and nail to get my payments within in my budget. I came in on a Saturday and met Melissa in the Ford dealership parking lot. She was so friendly and down to earth-I related to her immediately. She was so nice to my yellow labrador Sam. We had a relaxed test drive and Sam was able to come into the building while the paperwork was completed. Melissa is a wonderful salesperson. My wife and I had a great experience working with Melissa Garland at Loveland Ford. My wife is pregnant with our second child and we wanted to upgrade to something with a 3rd row and more space. We went into Loveland Ford leaning toward a GMC Acadia we looked into at another dealership, but we wanted to look into a Explorer and Flex as well. We were blown away, and surprised about how much we liked the Flex. Melissa and the team took the time to get to know my Wife and I and find out what my needs were. Melissa was never pushy or high pressure, but rather informative and amazingly helpful. The buying process was easy. I felt like I was given a great price for the flex, and a decent price for my trade. I couldn't be happier with my Ford Flex and my experience at Loveland Ford. Easy 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or people reading this review. More
