Loveland Ford-Lincoln makes car-buying enjoyable! I sent a note to the dealer after finding the car online, and they responded immediately via phone and email. We arranged for me to come up (66 miles) for a test drive that afternoon. they evaluated my trade-in, and we negotiated a price that worked for them and for me. They also recommended an extended warranty (since it's a hybrid) and gave me a discount on it since my husband & I own other Ford vehicles. Then they sent a guy to my house to pick up the spare keys, snow tires & title for my trade-in, so I wouldn't need to return. I'd probably rate them well on service, too, but they're too far away for me to take the car there for servicing. The only thing they didn't get done promptly was activating my Sirius radio trial, but Bob said he'd take care of it. More

He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find a perfect fit. I never felt pushed or pressured by him and he spent over 3 hours with me while I decided on my purchase. We joked about how I would have to tint the windows because of the look of the car and sure enough, when I went to pick up my car the next day, the windows were tinted. Talk about over-delivering. I was very impressed with that gesture. I was also able to get a very fair trade-in and the dealer worked with me to get me a payment that I was comfortable with on the new car. Car buying can be stressful, but this was an overall great and fair experience. More
