We joked about how I would have to tint the windows because of the look of the car and sure enough, when I went to pick up my car the next day, the windows were tinted. Talk about over-delivering. I was very impressed with that gesture. I was also able to get a very fair trade-in and the dealer worked with me to get me a payment that I was comfortable with on the new car. Car buying can be stressful, but this was an overall great and fair experience. More
