He helped me sort through options, and explained everything in plain language to help me decide what I needed for towing, and then wrote up prices that looked right about what I expected right off the bat. He worked with me some more and I ended up with a great deal. What I really liked about the experience was I didn't have to endure the long drawn out ordeal of having to sit down with an upper manager to negotiate the final price under high pressure. Everything happened with just me talking to Phil, and he and the dealership were very reasonable and fair. The finance paperwork with Nick went faster than I can ever remember also with pressure. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. More

Horrible Service Literally some of the worst service I've ever encountered. And this is not just a one time thing. This is now the third time I've been here to have my cars oil changed and tires rotated. Each time they have told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours and each time it has taken 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Also one of the times I got my car back and they had put their dealerships big sticker on the back of my car without asking.I'm sitting in their waiting area as I write this. It's already an hour past when they said it be done and I was just told it will be another 45 minutes. If they can't get an oil change right I'm definitely not ever buying a vehicle from them. More

After spotting a two that I was interested in, I entered the busy showroom and was introduced to Joel Brown. Over the course of the next few days as I was attempting to make a decision between a Lincoln MKX and some competitor offerings, I had occasion to contact Joel a number of times for return test drives for myself and my wife. Each time, I was greeted with enthusiasm and a sincere effort to answer all our questions and comments in a professional, determined, and friendly manner. And as expected, there were a couple instances where Joel had to do a little homework to address a query. For those times, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that he didn't reach in his back pocket for an non-researched answer. His approach to sales appealed to me on many levels but primarily, I was very impressed with his no xx style and straight forward approach to making the experience as painless as possible. Additionally, since purchasing the car, he is still reminding me that he considers we buyers as more than just customers.
