Loveland Ford-Lincoln makes car-buying enjoyable! I sent a note to the dealer after finding the car online, and they responded immediately via phone and email. I replied to the email (late in the evening) & asked the salesman to call me the next morning, which he did. We arranged for me to come up (66 miles) for a test drive that afternoon. they evaluated my trade-in, and we negotiated a price that worked for them and for me. They also recommended an extended warranty (since it's a hybrid) and gave me a discount on it since my husband & I own other Ford vehicles. Then they sent a guy to my house to pick up the spare keys, snow tires & title for my trade-in, so I wouldn't need to return. I'd probably rate them well on service, too, but they're too far away for me to take the car there for servicing. The only thing they didn't get done promptly was activating my Sirius radio trial, but Bob said he'd take care of it. More
