Brian in Service I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a I have purchased my last two trucks from Loveland Ford and I had the same great salesperson(Melissa Garland) both times. About a month ago I bought a 2016 F-150 and driving home from the grocery store when I smelled an electrical burning smell and smoke was rolling out from under the glove box. I called Loveland Ford and they sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my truck. The next day they called and told me they had a loaner for me and they sent someone from Loveland to Frederick to pick me up and take me back to Loveland. Brian in Service bent over backwards to make sure my truck was diagnosed and properly fixed. When I picked up my truck after they finished it was cleaned, washed and mirrors all cleaned and shiny. These two individuals are doing a great job for the store and because of them I will trade again with Loveland Ford when it is time. Great experience My husband and I decided that it was time to buy a new vehicle that was more family friendly. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by a dif My husband and I decided that it was time to buy a new vehicle that was more family friendly. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by a different salesman who walked us through the new Ford Explorers. After deciding to purchase, we were brought into the main building to take care of the financing part. To our discovery, the salesman that we were working with tried to give us the financing information for the wrong vehicle. After noticing the mistake, he brought Joel Brown in to help with the situation. Again, the paperwork was written up, but this time we noticed it was for the wrong Ford Explorer (not the one we test drove). Joel made sure that the third time we had the exact vehicle that we wanted. My husband and I were about to back out of the deal due to the mistakes, but Joel made us both feel comfortable and confident knowing that we would leave with the Ford Explorer that we wanted and test drove. If you want to buy a vehicle from Loveland Ford, I would strongly suggest working with Joel. He is knowledgeable and dedicated to his job. More
