Got a text telling me that the vehicle was ready but I didn't respond right away because I was working. Interesting that two or three hours later he texted me again, "Nevermind it sold." . Turns out, the transit is still on the lot with a lower price. He was just miffed because I didn't text him back right away. What a bully... Good job Lo Leland Ford! You just lost a paying customer. I worked with Pat Seery on getting a new Explorer and this was one of the best experiences that I have had with a dealer. Pat is very low keyed and no pressure on buying or test driving. He gave me the best deal upfront without the haggling back and forth. Thanks again for the great experience at Loveland Ford, I will for sure be back and work with Pat again. More

I was able to make the deal while I was out of state, by text and email. I hadn't even looked at the car before agreeing on the price. I was able to do this, in part, because of Joel. After returning home, I went to Loveland Ford and test drove the 2015 Mustang. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I spent no more than two hours, including the test drive, at the dealership and left with my Mustang. Ask for Joel, if you are looking for a car at Loveland Ford. Steve More
Bought a F350 and they made the process easy. I worked with Pat Seery who had a in-depth understanding of the differences between the F250 and the 350 packages and specs. That was not the case at the two prior dealers I visited that tried to close the deal prior to answering my questions. The price remained the same over the time it took to make up my mind on what truck and package I needed. They beat the pricing I was offered by the other dealers by $2000. I also worked with Roberto who also worked on getting me what I needed. Both Pat and Roberto did made the purchase easy. I would highly recommend seeking out one or both of them if you are in the market for a new truck or car. More

Joel Brown treated me with respect and was very, very courteous. It took awhile but that was only because they were so busy that day. He kept apologizing to me for the time that it took but I was there to buy a car and time was no issue for me. Even after I bought the car that day, he has kept in touch with me to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. Whenever I come in for an oil change I always stop in and see Joel. If he is not too busy he tells me to have a seat and we talk for a few minutes. I appreciate the fact that even after I purchased my vehicle, he still remembers my name and will make time for me. As far as I'm concerned, Joel Brown is the best!! And, I do love my vehicle!!! More

Roberto the sales guy added 2 grand to what I wanted for my trade and ask for 1 grand more than I asked them to sale it to me for so he could "fight like h#%& for me" witch may have been why they hit me so hard but the did say they were firm on offer... No pressure, answered all questions and went well above the norm by having to go quite a ways across the busy street to get the truck we wanted to test drive. My husband loved the truck and had no problems saying, let's do this. Joel made the experience quite simple and the whole process only took a couple hours. Phil was great, personable, no pressure, friendly, and fun to work with. He helped me sort through options, and explained everything in plain language to help me decide what I needed for towing, and then wrote up prices that looked right about what I expected right off the bat. He worked with me some more and I ended up with a great deal. What I really liked about the experience was I didn't have to endure the long drawn out ordeal of having to sit down with an upper manager to negotiate the final price under high pressure. Everything happened with just me talking to Phil, and he and the dealership were very reasonable and fair. The finance paperwork with Nick went faster than I can ever remember also with pressure. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. More
