In one word, INADEQUATE Three go around with this dealer. All for my 2006 lincoln zephyr. First of all, every time I have ever called with a question, no one has been able to give an answer than, "I don't know, we will take your info and get back to you when we figure it out. For a "Ford/Lincoln" dealer, the service advisors sure dont know much about Lincoln vehicles. After a month of arguing, I had my tail light replaced, went out 3 days later. Tried to schedule a recall today. I was told, "We don't know what to do. We are making a list for the recall. We will take your info and call you in a few weeks when we figure it out." Really? Thank jesus for Longmont ford!! They took info and scheduled service. And are getting me a rental. DO NOT GO TO LOVELAND FORD!! SAVE A HEADACHE! You dont need this... PS: OMG! Do NOT even try parts dept!! ECEN WORSE! More
