In the meantime, I decided to stop by the dealership to check out a similar model and get a feel for the interior color. Chris is friendly and knowledgable about the various models and colors, and has an excellent sense of humor that put me at ease. It was such a nice experience that we ended up buying a second car for my lady friend because he was able to work out a reasonable payment and good terms. After the purchase, he has made me feel like he truly cares about both of our satisfaction. Time will tell, but I have a very good feeling. I will definitely keep Loveland Ford on my short list of dealerships for future car purchases. More
