the service dept is so bad!!! i went in to see about getting some work done on my f150 they were very rude not professional at all waited for about 10 minutes while the guy at the desk just sat there. not good some work done on my f150 they were very rude not professional at all waited for about 10 minutes while the guy at the desk just sat there. not good when i was finely acknowledge i ask about getting a transmission looked at he rudely told me he was booked till September 20th with out even asking what was wrong with it very rudely and unprofessional. i will not go back there again for any reason. Loveland ford you need help on how to treat people looking for help!!!!! i found a service to be done the next day. sorry loveland ford you will not have my service at any time YOU ARE POOR IN SERVICE!!!!
