Very disappointed with truck delivered after a deceiving ad about a used truck I drove 65 miles in a snowstorm on December 28th 2019 and no truck and no adequate explanation of said trucks after a deceiving ad about a used truck I drove 65 miles in a snowstorm on December 28th 2019 and no truck and no adequate explanation of said trucks whereabouts. decided to buy new f-150. did ok, sort of, on deal. upon delivery truck looked like it went through the $2.00 wash at local drive through wash...being after snowy weather i wasn't surprised, but dis-appointed that it hadn't been detailed. when able to really look the truck over the next day in sunny weather, I Was/Am Sadly Dis-Appointed! coffee spots still on seats,dirty residue and fingerprints on inside widows, debris in carpets,window sticker residue on outside/inside windows, ford parts sticker still on rear bumper, tags on wheels, just to name a few of the small details! The Big Issues are, It's leaking fluids from the engine compartment and spotted my driveway, so now have to go to local dealer for repair. Another big Issue is the rear passenger wheel has a Scrape around the whole rim where it looks like a previous driver rubbed a curb. The attention to the lack of inspection and oversight of New Truck Delivery seems to be Sadly Lacking in Your Dealership. What do you propose to do to rectify these issues? More
