I had an appointment at 3pm. At 420 I went to ask A gentlemen by the name Francisco what was taking so long. He was very nice but he had trouble finding my name and my car. The gentlemen Austin told m gentlemen by the name Francisco what was taking so long. He was very nice but he had trouble finding my name and my car. The gentlemen Austin told me he didn’t even remember checking me in when he was the one that checked me in. I was told that it would be another 10 min. I waited until 4:45 and it still wasn’t done when I went to ask again he said they were topping off the fluids. By 5pm it was done and the gentlemen said they would email me my paperwork and wouldn’t charge me although I was originally told my oil change was free because of a previous experience of an oil leak after my oil was changed. I understand that it gets busy but I do not think it should take 2 hour for just an oil change. I also felt like some of the employees were not concerned that I was unhappy. I appreciate the free oil change but Still felt like are ignored. More
