Walk-in appointment to repair tire. Francisco was great! I had a flat tire with a screw in it. The service tech Francisco was able to take care of me as a walk-in with no prior appointment, even though they I had a flat tire with a screw in it. The service tech Francisco was able to take care of me as a walk-in with no prior appointment, even though they were very busy. They repaired the tire, and swapped it with the spare tire that was on the truck. The entire process took less than an hour. More

Bad Service On Sept. 28th my husband and I bought a 2012 Ford F150 from Loveland Ford. The salesman and finance team were awesome. However a few weeks after buy On Sept. 28th my husband and I bought a 2012 Ford F150 from Loveland Ford. The salesman and finance team were awesome. However a few weeks after buying the truck he realized there was something wrong with it. He took it in and they made an appointment for Jan. 7, 2020 to fix it. My husband called and stopped by to see what they were finding out was wrong. After a few weeks they said that it needed a new engine. He continued to check in with them occasionally to see how the progress was going. He went in after work on Feb. 17th and the truck was done finally but they would not let him take it because the warranty company had not paid anything yet, even though he was willing to pay the $250.00 we owed. He went back in the next morning and asked to talk to the manager who still wouldn't let him have the truck. after arguing with them for quite some time they finally agreed if he came back later that afternoon they would let him take the truck. When he went back to get it he found out that they had not even filled out the paperwork for the warranty company so he had to sit there while they did it. Who knows how long the truck would have sat Needless to say we will not be going back. We did not have an issue with the mechanic it was the service people who would not release the truck. More
