I told Greg exactly what I wanted, and we arranged to meet that afternoon. Greg had a few vehicles ready to show me upon my arrival, and I opted for a 2020 Crew Cab 4x4 Lariat. Exactly what I wanted and more. Greg was more than helpful, and more than accommodating. I have, and will continue to recommend this dealership and will also recommend Greg to my buddies that are looking for new trucks. More

I purchased my car from loveland ford on June 4th. At first, things went smoothly. Everyone was easy to work with, we got a great deal on the car, and it was a very low pressure environment. As part of the deal, they agreed to take care of a few things on the car, since we were in a time crunch and couldn’t spend all day there while they were finishing up. We took the car home, and that’s when things started to go wrong. It took two weeks of me calling almost everyday just to get somebody on the phone, and it took another week to get the promised work scheduled. We dropped the car off so they could detail the car, straighten the alignment, and replace the windshield. We were told the work would take 2 days to complete, and they gave us a loaner car to use for those two days. The morning we went to pick up the car, we got called and were told that “the passenger side window no longer rolls up, and there’s nothing we can do about it”. This was an absolute lazy and incorrect response to give me as a customer. Instead of offering to help solve an issue that they caused, they basically said it’s not our problem, and it’s completely up to me to fix. Again, this wasn’t an issue until we left the car with them. The alignment that they supposedly straightened for us also isn’t fixed, as the car still pulls heavily to the passenger side when you are driving. All in all, this was a horrible post sale experience, and it makes me feel like they don’t care about their customers once the deal is done. More
Dealership was great and we appreciate everything they did for us. The ford pass didn’t work so they didn’t know I was coming. They got me in, but had to keep the vehicle. Leased a new 2020 Escape Titanium AWD Hybrid. Received a recall after 3 months. They picked up my vehicle since are am very vulnerable to Corona 19.
