I am beyond pissed at this dealership. I purchased a 2012 charger in August of 2020 and was promised that the car was up to standards, had new rotors, brakes, tires, had its codes read, and was inevitably up charger in August of 2020 and was promised that the car was up to standards, had new rotors, brakes, tires, had its codes read, and was inevitably up to code and drove perfectly. I drove this car for one week, ONE WEEK and it fell apart! Sensors including the airbag and seatbelt were constantly going off, even if the seatbelt was buckled with no weight in the seat. The rotors are warped, thus were not replaced as mentioned in the initial buy. The car needs new brakes as they squeak horribly, and to top it all off there is a horrible grinding while accelerating. The dealership took my car after the first week to replace the windshield as it was in our initial purchase agreement. They had my car for over a month before they even called to tell me they were not fixing a xxxx thing. They wanted $3000 more to replace the 'torque converter' and would "give me a 'quote to look at the rest of the vehicles issues". I then attempted to negotiate with their sales manager to see what my options were as this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased. I called him multiple times and emailed him, he pushed my information to a sales person without letting me know and it was another two weeks before I heard from that sales person. After jerking me around and never returning my calls or emails the sales manager came to the conclusion (on his own) that I would be doing a trade-in. Every single car I picked out was no longer available or was at a sister dealership thus they could not get it. It now being 2 months later I still had not spoken with the sales manager no matter how many times I tried. I was pissed and decided I would take my vehicle back and fix it on my own. I had a mechanic look at it tonight and found that: First they never ran my codes because if they did they would have noticed it has tons of voltage issues. Second it needs rotors, breaks, and sensors. Third it needs a whole new transmission! As I said I had the car for ONE WEEK! I cannot express my level of anger and disappointment. 100% do not recommend purchasing from this dealership under any circumstances! On a side note: the sales person was very nice and did everything he could to assist me, the rest of the people working here are a joke. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I paid $14,000 for that needs a new transmission along with all the other issues I listed. Absolutely ridiculous. More

FINANCE IS A BUNCH OF LIARS. Although the salesman and general manager (Josh at the time of purchase) took great care of me. Finance and the new general manager Mike lack integrity and have extremely poor general manager (Josh at the time of purchase) took great care of me. Finance and the new general manager Mike lack integrity and have extremely poor customer service. When I purchased the vehicle I purchased an extended warranty from a finance employee. The employee assured me that if I were to sell my truck prior to the warranty expiring I would receive a prorated refund. Fast forward a little over a year, I have traded in the truck with 11,450 miles on it. The extended warranty covered 7 year 75,000 warranty. The dealership is refusing to issue a refund because the warranty agreement states that I cannot cancel. So my initial finance advisor lied to me. I called the finance director, left a voicemail and he never called me back. I spoke to the current GM, I believe his name is Mike. He is the kind of salesman everyone despises, the kind that makes people cringe and hate sharing a room with. He lies like his life depends on it and couldn't care less about customers. He claims in his entire career he has never seen an extended warranty refunded after the sale of a vehicle. This couldn't be farther from the truth as the majority of warranty companies do refund a prorated portion of the purchase based on term and mileage. I asked Mike if he would assist with arbitration (which the dealership signed paperwork saying should things get to that point, they agree to do). He said he said he would have to call me back... He never called back. I've contacted an attorney and will move forward with litigation. I tried giving the dealership the opportunity to make this right and they chose not to. I strongly encourage everyone to go elsewhere for a Ford. The new GM made it blatantly obvious he only cares about money. As a side note my friend recently purchased an F-150, a dealership in Broomfield beat Loveland by thousands. Spend your money somewhere else. More
