We worked with Johnny and he was good. We have not tried the service department so we have no comments about them. The guy we worked with to get the truck loan lied to us. He told us that when the truck came in that if we got better financing we could just rip up his loan paperwork. He “forgot” about his offer when we picked up the truck and found out he funded the load 30 minutes after we left that day. Another lie. When we talked to the finance manager, His response was “so”. We told him how we got a better rate and asked why they Didn’t offer us the same rate. his reply was. “We work with so many financial institutions that we can keep track of all of them”. Isn’t that your job”. To keep track and get the best deal for us, sorta what u told us you were doing for us. Yet another lie. They actually had a better rate available and did not offer is the rate. I know it was all about the kick backs the loan department gets. I cant tecommend this dealership. I doibt their integrity More

I visited this Dealership because they had a used truck I was interested in. I placed a $500 deposit down to reserve this truck and made a reservation to go see it for four days later. I drove two hours and was interested in. I placed a $500 deposit down to reserve this truck and made a reservation to go see it for four days later. I drove two hours and got to the dealership to find out they had sold this truck. They told me they had placed the deposit down on the wrong truck. They had a brand new one that was similar. We purchased this truck with an agreement that they would send us a hitch reducer for the hitch receiver for our troubles with them selling the used truck from under us. It's been two months and no reducer. I have emailed and called the Salesmen, the Sales Manager and the Finance Person with absolutely no return contact. It's not an expensive part is the sad part, but no return contact is the real issue. Sold us the truck and kicked us to the curb. More
