TERRIBLE! Car was in the shop for 18 weeks! I was patient, understood the supply chain issues. Every other week I would call to get an update (something perhaps THEY should have been doing to show c patient, understood the supply chain issues. Every other week I would call to get an update (something perhaps THEY should have been doing to show customer service?) and was usually hung up on, or it was made clear how annoyed the call made them. After 18 weeks I called ford to see if we could do something and my car was fixed and ready to be home THE NEXT DAY! Clearly, this place just doesn't care! While the car was in the shop, we spoke to a salesperson about trading it in. I told him we knew a manager and he played along. Later, I found out the manger had left the company. Dishonest at every opportunity! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! More

I was a loyal customer of Ford, I bought 3 vehicles from Loveland Ford over the past 5 or so years, never again will I do business with these crooks!! First off, I had to have my car repaired under warrant Loveland Ford over the past 5 or so years, never again will I do business with these crooks!! First off, I had to have my car repaired under warranty, it took over 10 months for this repair to happen. At first they gave me a really nice car to drive for a while but I had to return it because I was going over the mileage limit. Then I started getting crappy cars. Next I thought well maybe I need to sell it, if I cant get it fixed. I only had the car a few months before having problems so thinking I would be able to get most of my money back, HA! What a joke, They low balled me terribly, to the point I wouldn’t even be able to get another car. Finally after 10 months I got my car back. Next I had bought a truck for my son, we started having transmission problems and once again started down the path of them hanging on to the vehicle and doing nothing to fix the problem. Saying they couldn’t reproduce the issue. This was not true, they didn’t even drive it! Finally got someone in warranty to verify yes there is a problem and it should be covered. When we originally reported the problem we were well within warranty, then with all the hymhawing they did and back in forth the truck went slightly over the warranty. We thought we would still be covered since it was originally brought in well before thinking its the same ticket. NOPE! Ford BLATANTLY said no, would not cover it, because its over warranty. So now stuck with a truck that needs a new transmission. I will NEVER do Business with Loveland Ford again and warn anyone against it too. More
Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He personally removed a bolted on item from my trade in that I needed for my wife's handicap. I had contacted a few dealelrs regarding a new vehicle and Loveland Ford was the only one that provide the help I needed/expected given the current lack of inventory. I found a sales person that was inte and Loveland Ford was the only one that provide the help I needed/expected given the current lack of inventory. I found a sales person that was interested in what I wanted and worked to see that that specific unit was acquired for me. I was actually surprised as the other dealers did not seem to care enough to stay in touch while I had no view of what was in transit, etc. I had thought about ordering a new vehicle but was able to find what I wanted with the dealers help. That service makes a lasting impression. More
