Came in for an oil change and pads and rotors for my ford at 9:30 am fully expecting it to take 3 hours. At the end of the third hour they found something else broken and said they wouldn’t be able to get th at 9:30 am fully expecting it to take 3 hours. At the end of the third hour they found something else broken and said they wouldn’t be able to get the part until 3, with no solution as to what I was going to do until then with my 2 kids. When I said something about it, they offered the shuttle, and said they’d get the car seats out so we could take it home. I watched my car the entire time this man was gone, he never brought it down off the lift to get those car seats out and came back later saying whoever it was wasn’t in. I walked home with my kids, they never called to update about my vehicle and when I finally called them to get an eta, they told me they got the wrong part and it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow. Not only were they unhelpful and slow, they were rude to me implying that my current problem of not having a vehicle to get my child to school tomorrow is somehow my fault for choosing to walk over waiting who knows how long for them to get us on a shuttle. Will never come back. More
