Juan Delacruz was the first car salesman that we enjoyed working with. He helped us get what we wanted. Unfortunately, we have not had a chance to tow something. We will soon hopefully . Very bad customer service. I was very disappointed in the service I received from Loveland Ford for the repairs on our 2014 Lincoln. 12 hours of repairs took took 3 weeks to repair. All total it took 2 weeks to get an appointment, Loveland Ford for the repairs on our 2014 Lincoln. 12 hours of repairs took took 3 weeks to repair. All total it took 2 weeks to get an appointment, 4 weeks to get back in to get the repairs and 3 more weeks to get the repairs completed. The service advisor Micheal was super. It is the rest of the staff that dropped the ball. The vehicle was returned to us filthy. inside and out. the was grease on the inside driver's door and the outside had layers of dirt on it. The area where the turbo was replaced was left oil soaked and still dripped 2 days later on my garage floor. I took the vehicle to another repair shop to get everything cleaned up and recheck Loveland Ford's work. We bought the car there and will probably not go there again. More
The dealer took 5 hours to complete the work. However, we were a walk in. So that’s OK! The dealership stayed open 2 more hours to complete the work for us. That is commendable. The only problem was that the technician smashed a bread loaf in the back of the cab to access the tire replacement tools. My wife was not happy about that. My wife was less happy but I am more easy going about how long the work took. However, the dealership had a full work load that day. They did the best they could. More
I ordered a Ford Bronco just under a year ago, I admit that I put a few of the sales reps through the paces when deciding on the model; Ronnie was a big help in making the right choice for my build. Willy, super nice guy, kept me up to date on everything and once the Bronco had arrived he managed the whole process seamlessly. I also thought is was a good effort on his part to drive my truck home so that I didn't have to call a friend. Aaron in financing was really cool too, enjoyed working with the whole team at Loveland Ford, so much so I think I'll keep the dealer badge they placed on the back corner panel. More
Loveland Ford stepped up when other dealerships in the area refused. I needed to have a recall service on our F150. We live 1000 miles away and rarely drive the vehicle and it had been garaged for 5 month area refused. I needed to have a recall service on our F150. We live 1000 miles away and rarely drive the vehicle and it had been garaged for 5 months so standard over the air updates had not been performed to the onboard computers. We were under a tight time constraint (6 week trip with other parties about to start). Loveland Ford's, Mathew Dennis, stepped in and took charge when other dealers would not take us any earlier than 2 weeks away and we were leaving in 2 days. He made a point of having all necessary updates performed, including the recalled update to our towing package with in the time constraints we were under and we were able to proceed on our trip.
