What started as a positive experience quickly turned sour and discouraging. Due to the ongoing shortages, I kept in touch with this dealer and my "sales" person, WB, to try to ensure everything was in place and discouraging. Sadly, WB failed to deliver in any of those commitments and was even out on the day when orders opened. I might have had a better experience with someone else, but sadly, the allure of this dealer being "straight shooting" and honest quickly became a fantasy after the house of cards that was built came tumbling down. First of all we got the run around between 4 different sales people to get our deal closed. Between the shuffle of all 4 people they “forgot” to have one of the issues on the vehicle fixed and now act lik sales people to get our deal closed. Between the shuffle of all 4 people they “forgot” to have one of the issues on the vehicle fixed and now act like they never knew. They also gave us a used vehicle inspection that we trusted was for that vehicle and turns out it wasn’t. So we know nothing about the vehicle. They “forgot” to get emissions done on the vehicle therefore making it so I had to go out of my way to go pick up a voucher then go get it done (when it should have been done before they sold the vehicle). Then almost 3 weeks later they tell us the computer “cut” off my last name on the paperwork and I have to go pick up new paperwork to sign. I honestly can’t believe how disorganized and unprofessional this experience has been. We will never purchase from here again.. UPDATE: They claimed they fixed the issue yet it still didn’t work all the time so their “solution” is if I have the same problem in 30 days they will replace it then instead of just taking care of it now. New issues come to light as they “couldn’t” find the lock to my lug nuts after they supposably did a bunch of work to the vehicle resulted in them having to cut the old lug nuts off and replace them. The general manager is so rude as he doesn’t return your phone calls and seems to always be in a “meeting.” He also doesn’t follow through when he says he will send you something. We will NEVER buy from here again. It’s so sad how they treat their customers. More
