First of all we got the run around between 4 different sales people to get our deal closed. Between the shuffle of all 4 people they “forgot” to have one of the issues on the vehicle fixed and now act lik sales people to get our deal closed. Between the shuffle of all 4 people they “forgot” to have one of the issues on the vehicle fixed and now act like they never knew. They also gave us a used vehicle inspection that we trusted was for that vehicle and turns out it wasn’t. So we know nothing about the vehicle. They “forgot” to get emissions done on the vehicle therefore making it so I had to go out of my way to go pick up a voucher then go get it done (when it should have been done before they sold the vehicle). Then almost 3 weeks later they tell us the computer “cut” off my last name on the paperwork and I have to go pick up new paperwork to sign. I honestly can’t believe how disorganized and unprofessional this experience has been. We will never purchase from here again.. UPDATE: They claimed they fixed the issue yet it still didn’t work all the time so their “solution” is if I have the same problem in 30 days they will replace it then instead of just taking care of it now. New issues come to light as they “couldn’t” find the lock to my lug nuts after they supposably did a bunch of work to the vehicle resulted in them having to cut the old lug nuts off and replace them. The general manager is so rude as he doesn’t return your phone calls and seems to always be in a “meeting.” He also doesn’t follow through when he says he will send you something. We will NEVER buy from here again. It’s so sad how they treat their customers. More

Great purchasing experience. I had looked at the truck I purchased several time as it was low in mileage and two years old. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer this last one was not completely gone over. Back up camera isn't working properly. Stone chips in paint not touched up. Radio speakers buzz when using playing. I've turned bass down to -3. Treble +1.. ceiling cloth falling down by front window. Tire rims look like a crow bar was used to pry off tires they are a mess. After having such good experiences before the Ford Focus I hope all these can be resolved. If I had to rely on this car to rate Loveland Ford at this time it would be the lowest rating. O did receive a call this morning that were going to set up a time for me to bring it in for 2 days to fix these things and find a loaner car. I have not heard back yet on when. Appt is. I can rate better after all is done. More

My Raptor went in fully detailed including undercarriage, under hood, exterior and cab. I picked it up with dirty floors, dirt and mud under hood, dirt and mud in the undercarriage, and the exterior was filthy. There was brake fluid dripping from the bottom skid plates, my like new looking under hood blanket is splattered with brake fluid and missing a plastic push pin now. Unsure why the under hood blanket would have needed touched? Voicemail left with the service manager, no return phone call, finally just reported the incident with Ford. The Ford representative said they would contact this dealership. All facts, you make your own decision on who works on your vehicle. More
