Two hour wait with an appointment on the express lane. Truck had finger prints all over the hood and fenders and no windshield washer in the reservoir. 3rd time having my $85,000 F350 serviced here which included tire rotations….all 3 times they failed to properly reset the front and rear tire pressures! What started as a positive experience quickly turned sour and discouraging. Due to the ongoing shortages, I kept in touch with this dealer and my "sales" person, WB, to try to ensure everything was in place and discouraging. Sadly, WB failed to deliver in any of those commitments and was even out on the day when orders opened. I might have had a better experience with someone else, but sadly, the allure of this dealer being "straight shooting" and honest quickly became a fantasy after the house of cards that was built came tumbling down.
