I purchased a gently used vehicle - Lincoln Navigator L - so not a cheap one either. they also knew that i had a 8 hr drive home. Started my journey home and kept loosing air in my tire. When we pulled off the tire there were chalk marks where the dent was, so they knew exactly what they had. I also went out of my way to make a 75 min return trip so he could get one more sale before the end of the month. More

First time using the service department.
