As much as I wish I could say I was happy with the service I am disappointed just like I have been since I bought my car. It has a nationwide recall on it that the company is refusing to replace even service I am disappointed just like I have been since I bought my car. It has a nationwide recall on it that the company is refusing to replace even though its still broken. Keep in mind it's been broken since 2017. Called this ford to be told it would be fixed and covered, waited a month or more for the appointment, all to have my service rep, Brett, tell me that my front air bag works find. (That wasn't even the problem, it is the middle row, passenger, seat belt airbag) which was well documented in my notes left on acct before I even brought the car in. But clearly after 3 days of me explaining what and where the problem is verbally and it being in the notes, the service rep didn't listen or even read the notes. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT go with Ford. I've called corporate, been to multiple lots, for a NATIONAL RECALL. My car is still not road safe, still not fixed. If I get in a wreck and that seat belt air bag doesn't go off, they are legally responsible. Worst company ever, and this dealership falls right in line with that. P.s. I just recieved yet ANOTHER recall for ANOTHER part on my car.... please people watch your back More
I purchased a gently used vehicle - Lincoln Navigator L - so not a cheap one either. they also knew that i had a 8 hr drive home. Started my journey home and kept loosing air in my tire. Stopped at the next so not a cheap one either. they also knew that i had a 8 hr drive home. Started my journey home and kept loosing air in my tire. Stopped at the next service station to find out that they sold me a vehicle with a dented rim. When we pulled off the tire there were chalk marks where the dent was, so they knew exactly what they had. I also went out of my way to make a 75 min return trip so he could get one more sale before the end of the month. More

First time using the service department. Upon arrival I met the service person (blonde haired female whose name I can't remember positioned in the middle of the counter) was very helpful and Upon arrival I met the service person (blonde haired female whose name I can't remember positioned in the middle of the counter) was very helpful and conversational. Service was done faster than expected and the same person who checked us in walked us out to our vehicle and answered questions I had about oil viscosity and perhaps changing to all synthetic. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Will recommend and we will be back. More
