I am writing this follow up review on the service I received on my wife's car. I was contacted by Mike the service director who listened to my situation and responded with a solution he would like to d received on my wife's car. I was contacted by Mike the service director who listened to my situation and responded with a solution he would like to do to change my thought of them. He did have all of the problems resolved giving Josh an opportunity to change my thoughts also. They replaced the parts, gave me the removed parts, refunded the extra fees charged and provided a loaner for the day. I appreciate the quality of service and response given and I am changing my original review from one star to five stars. Thanks Mike and Josh for being diligent in providing satisfaction with my service. More
This dealership would rank a 0 if I could. Their service advisor Josh is incompenent and didn't complete one thing that he was asked. I took my wife's car in for an electrical problem. I was leaving town and was told by him he would get on it and get back to me. After me calling for him 3 times, he informed me that a rodent ate a harness. It would need replacing and another one could be repaired. I asked for pictures which he said he would send. On the third day of my wife being without a car, I called him again. I again asked for pictures which he was going to send. I gave him the okay to fix the problems which he stated his tech couldn't until Monday. THEN, he contacted my wife stating she needed new brakes even though that was not on the work order and had her say okay as she needed her transportation. I then called and asked Josh for the parts that were changed since I still had not received any pictures. On Tuesday, my wife called as she needed to take her 81 yr old mother to the doctors and needed transportation. Miraculously, after $2200, they got her car done that afternoon. We still did not get pictures or the parts that were changed. Within two weeks, the exact problem reappeared. When I brought it back, Josh was we will look at it as warranty UNLESS the rodent ate the harness again. Since we were in TEXAS and the vehicle was inside this was a strange comment. But then he is like the rodent went to the same spot and ate it again so it will cost another 1000 plus. I came there and look at where they said it would have crawled over the new bottom panel and detoured to the same place they supposedly repaired. I was not letting them cheat us again so they charged me almost 300 dollars and I took her car. When I had the harness looked at by another place, amazing the wire they said was cut diagonally and smooth. I tried to talk to the service director Mike, but he never answered or returned my calls. I would stay away from this dealership if you want honest work to be done. More

I bought a used mini cooper from Loveland Ford. Adam was able to make it happen for me. I flew in from California to collect my car. I was picked up at the airport. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! !! I should have went to a dealership on Colfax Ave. instead I went to this place on 09/28/2024 because it looked like a real legit dealership. I Boug !! I Bought a used 2017 Jeep from the greatest car salesman I have ever interacted with.. Adam aka "Boston." He and finance manager Johnny Johnson told me everything I wanted to hear. 2 days later there's a noise from the rear differential. I took it in to a mechanic and they said the rear differential may be going out. Now I have to take time out of work to travel all the way back to Loveland from Arvada so they can most likely keep it for 2 weeks while they wait for parts. Worst car buying experience of my 40 years of life. I would return it in a heart beat, unfortunately I'm stuck!! UPDATE!!!!! Dealership has my Jeep over 2 weeks now, since Oct 17th, 2024. Got a call today November 1st, 2024 from Kyle 30 minutes before he leaves for the weekend. Service installed a new rear differential but the Jeep didn't make it out of the parking lot. The Tech needs to go back in and see what went wrong. Kyle is not in SATURDAY so I must wait the weekend, still without a vehicle, to hear any update. This is outrageous!!! More
