I bought a used mini cooper from Loveland Ford. Adam was able to make it happen for me. I flew in from California to collect my car. I was picked up at the airport. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! !! I should have went to a dealership on Colfax Ave. instead I went to this place on 09/28/2024 because it looked like a real legit dealership. I Boug !! I Bought a used 2017 Jeep from the greatest car salesman I have ever interacted with.. Adam aka "Boston." He and finance manager Johnny Johnson told me everything I wanted to hear. 2 days later there's a noise from the rear differential. I took it in to a mechanic and they said the rear differential may be going out. Now I have to take time out of work to travel all the way back to Loveland from Arvada so they can most likely keep it for 2 weeks while they wait for parts. Worst car buying experience of my 40 years of life. I would return it in a heart beat, unfortunately I'm stuck!! UPDATE!!!!! Dealership has my Jeep over 2 weeks now, since Oct 17th, 2024. Got a call today November 1st, 2024 from Kyle 30 minutes before he leaves for the weekend. Service installed a new rear differential but the Jeep didn't make it out of the parking lot. The Tech needs to go back in and see what went wrong. Kyle is not in SATURDAY so I must wait the weekend, still without a vehicle, to hear any update. This is outrageous!!! More
Eli was referred to us by a couple on the Lowe’s parking lot. We went to your dealership and met Eli. He was very helpful, not pushy. It and said it was very comfortable, her number one priority!! I liked the look and how it was equipped. The purchasing process was smooth and pressure free. After the closing Eli took me out and took me through all of controls. Once again he took his time and advised me if I had any questions at any time he would be there to answer them!! Over all we are extremely happy with your dealership because of the professionalism of Eli!!! More

Out of all of the vehicle purchases I have made over the years, this was by far the easiest and most relaxed experience I have had. Phil Smith is an excellent sales person and very quickly dialed into what I was looking for. I’m fortunate that the vehicle was in stock and ready to go. I had a very poor experience at Loveland Ford that I feel compelled to share. I brought my Ford F150 Raptor in for a check engine light issue, and they had it for two weeks. Their diagnosis was unclear, sugg compelled to share. I brought my Ford F150 Raptor in for a check engine light issue, and they had it for two weeks. Their diagnosis was unclear, suggesting that either the engine wiring harness or the PCM was faulty. They replaced the engine wiring harness first, and when that didn’t fix the problem, they replaced the PCM. When my truck was returned, it had scratches, fingerprints, and was missing an engine cover bolt. Just 40 miles later, while driving, my truck completely died, leaving me stranded. I had to have it towed to O'Meara Ford, where they kept it for another two weeks. O'Meara Ford discovered that the engine wiring harness was not secured at all, causing it to rub against the exhaust and melt. While Loveland Ford eventually reimbursed me for the repair bill and the towing charge, they initially tried to claim it wasn’t their fault. Communication throughout this ordeal was frustratingly poor. I was passed around to different service managers, each providing conflicting information. I attempted to reach the general manager several times, but my calls and emails went completely ignored. To top it all off, it took nearly a month to receive my reimbursement and partial refund, which only added to my frustration. I can't recommend Loveland Ford for service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for reliable repairs and better customer service. More
