Good Folks - No pressure I hate buying cars. I really do. The whole process can be frustrating and there is always the looming question, "Can I trust them?" I must say tat wor I hate buying cars. I must say tat working with Love Honda (and Jerry, my Salesperson) was a really good experience as far as buying a car is concerned. First of All, Jerry was very knowledgeable about the products. i was new to Honda so he really explained things in simple and memorable ways. Secondly - There was no pressure! Jerry was not trying to make a deal the same day he met us. In fact we went back and forth for over three weeks, of him answering my questions, etc. He was very patient. Available but not obnoxious. The whole atmosphere at Love Honda was friendly. Even passing other employees there were smiles, etc. This may seem like a small thing but I had been shopping A LOT at car lots and dealerships so I had a lot to compare against. The whole place had a Southern Charm to it. An for a native Florida guy like me, this was good. Finally, Karen in Finance was very very helpful. Again, no pressure. She gave me the options and gave me the "space" to ponder them. Karen was highly organized and professional! In conclusion, if you must go through the process of car buying and dislike it as much as I do, then I really recommend Love Honda! I have not gone to the service department yet so I hope they will be as good! More

Did not do it right the first time. Had my 2009 Honda Fit towed to the dealer. They discovered rodent damage to the wiring below the air filter on top of the transmission. I was told the Had my 2009 Honda Fit towed to the dealer. They discovered rodent damage to the wiring below the air filter on top of the transmission. I was told they would solder and shrink wrap the damaged wiring. Got the car home and discovered the wiring repair was just crimped and there was still mouse debris in the damaged area. I notified them and they told me to bring it back. The repair was done properly the second time. As a customer I expect to have the job done right the first time. More
