The salesman, Will, was very knowledgeable of their product line and available inventory, and demo’d all of the features of the car I was interested in. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and informative, and this was the strongest factor in my choice to purchase from Love that day. The finance office was a throwback, a reminder that the profit centers are woven through every square foot of any dealership. I really appreciated the initial outreach by Jessie. I entered info about my trade on their website and she contacted me within minutes, accommodated my schedule, and I was greeted by name at the front door. That was pretty cool.
