TPS System My TPS was acting erratic. For the same pressure reading, some tires showed orange and the others green. This primarily occurred on cold mornings. My TPS was acting erratic. For the same pressure reading, some tires showed orange and the others green. This primarily occurred on cold mornings. Sometimes it would correct itself in an hour, other times it would take a day or two. At no time was it due to insufficient tire pressure. The Service Rep, Frani, listened to my issue and reviewed the pictures I took of the dashboard readings. She seemed genuinely concerned with my issue and confident the technician could resolve it. The technician troubleshot the system, reset the codes, and tested the system at various pressures to ensure the erratic codes did not reappear. He also said that I should maintain 36 psi in each tire. More
