Stayed late on a Saturday to complete a repair I brought my daughter’s Civic in for an oil change (daughter was visiting from out of town) and had a Saturday morning appointment for the service. Th I brought my daughter’s Civic in for an oil change (daughter was visiting from out of town) and had a Saturday morning appointment for the service. The service technician found that both front and rear brakes were worn beyond safe levels to drive. They were able to get the repair done that morning only to discover a hub bearing problem (I thought the new tires my daughter bought were just noisy, but it was a front hub bearing going bad). Even though the service department closes at 2:00 on Saturday, Jodie said they would stay late to get the additional repair done. I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated it since my daughter had to drive back to where she lives and my wife and I were traveling out of town early the next morning. An hour after scheduled closing we were on our way—all repairs done! Excellent customer service and my daughter’s car is safe to drive again. Thank you Love Honda team! More
