Wrong diagnosis Reported a rotating noise in right front wheel. They investigated and said they could not determine the exact problem. Could be the axial or some conn Reported a rotating noise in right front wheel. They investigated and said they could not determine the exact problem. Could be the axial or some connection piece between the front axials. They ordered and replaced the left front axial even though they were told the noise was in the front right side. Had to order and wait for right axial. When they started to replace the right front axial they found it was rust in the right front hub. They put the original left axial back on and said they only charged for the labour to remove the rust = $167 but was a 6 day delay and cost of accommodation for me. All they had to do was listen to what I had told them and the labour is extreme to remove a wheel and remove rust. If they had of removed the right wheel during the inspection they could have resolved the issue. LISTEN and learn. More
